By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, workshop, or digital product offered by Mabel Rose — the practice of Kristie Livingston, operated by Mabel Rose, LLC ("I," "me," or "the Practitioner") — you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Mabel Rose offers services and digital products intended to support your personal growth, clarity, spiritual connection, and general well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment, and no service is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
Your Responsibility
Your healing and growth are your own, and what you receive reflects your willingness to show up openly and honestly. These practices may bring up emotions, physical sensations, or new insights, and you take full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after any session or product.
You are encouraged to take what resonates and leave the rest, and to seek licensed professional care whenever you need it. If you are under care for a physical or mental health condition, please consult your provider before participating.
Consent & Free Will
Your participation is voluntary and always within your control. You may pause, decline, or redirect at any time, and you honor your own free will and choices before, during, and after our work together.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Mabel Rose and its representatives from any claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from your participation. All guidance is offered for your personal reflection, and you take full responsibility for how you choose to use it. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is due in full before services are provided. All sales are final.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours — if you need to cancel or reschedule.
I understand life happens, and I'm glad to work with you when circumstances come up and are clearly communicated. Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules may result in losing the ability to book future sessions, at my discretion. A scheduled session you miss without notice is considered used and is not refunded or rescheduled.
Recordings
Group Confidentiality
What is shared in group sessions and workshops is held in confidence. Please honor the privacy of fellow participants — what's shared in the circle stays in the circle.
Digital Products
Recorded meditations, recorded sessions, and other digital products are licensed to you for your own personal use. Please do not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them.
Eligibility
Services are intended for adults (18+). I may work with minors at my discretion and only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to decline, pause, or end service at my discretion, before, during, or after our work together. This includes situations where my own intuition and energetic discernment tell me we are not the right fit, as well as any conduct that is disrespectful, abusive, harassing, or sexual or inappropriate in nature.
If I sense your needs would be better supported by another practitioner, I will do my best to refer you to someone better suited and will refund any payment for services not yet provided.
In cases of disrespectful, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate conduct, I reserve the right to end service immediately and without refund.
Privacy
I respect your privacy. Any personal information you share is used only to provide your services and to run my practice (for example, secure booking and payment platforms). It is never sold.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
